We all have resistance to change but we can prepare the ground to discover through many classes or recognizing our inner power with the power of knowing what our strengths and weakness but strengthening the weakness to become an asset.
Project Alive and Loud Concert Tours has teamed up with BodyMind.BodyBe.BodyMe to bring the awareness of Mental Health affects everyone at some point in our lives and even more so due to the Global Pandemic since last year. The Global Pandemic has left young people the most greatly affected which will have a negative impact upon their life goals and the future prospects of reaching their potential, moving forward with the next step towards their education.
Mind Happy is a combination of Wellbeing and Personal Development Coaching that Teaches through Seminars how to get from being unstuck to getting back into the vibrational flow of Smashing Your Goals.
